The Complexity Of Business Interpreting

Business people come from a variety of social and cultural backgrounds, and may speak with different accents and work in unpredictable environments. As such, interpreters must be well-versed in global cultural norms and be able to differentiate between regional accents. Additionally, they must be able to accurately and fluently interpret different ways of thinking and speaking styles, even under pressure. Business interpreting also involves the communication and conversion of two or more people, which is something that cannot be controlled by a single interpreter. All of these factors make business interpreting a complex and difficult task.
